Why does doubleTwist ClassicPlayer require all these permissions?

In-app purchases

This permission allows us to offer easy access to upgrades with no additional apps to download or maintain.

Identity

This is used for in-app purchases so any previous purchases can be authenticated and unlocked when re-installing.

Photos/Media/Files

Needed for syncing of music, videos, and photos with your computer.

Wi-Fi connection information

Used for wireless syncing and for AirPlay, Magic Radio, and Podcast streaming.

Device ID & call information

Used to automatically pause playback when a call or notification occurs.
